HazRef Lite 3.4

Publisher Description

If you are like me, you wonder what materials are being hauled in the trucks driving along side you on the highway. Wonder no more! HazRef Lite is a portable database of over 2,000 hazardous materials as identified by the US Department of Transportation. Each material is identified by: proper shipping name, United Nation's designated number, DOT hazard class and placard and much more! In addition to hazardous materials, HazRef Lite also provides a visual database of hazard class placards. In the absence of a UN number, you can still determine the general nature of the cargo just by the identifying the placard. The database has large colorful images of each placard to make comparisons easy! If you are a first responder you will want to check out HazRef 2008, the premier hazardous material reference in the App Store! Based on the 2008 Emergency Response Guide, HazRef 2008 provides more detailed information about materials and how you can begin responding to hazmat spills, fires or leaks. Features Browse materials by name, number or hazard class Browse visual database of DOT placards Search for specific materials or placards

Requires iOS 3.1.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
